ВАЖЛИВА ІНФОРМАЦІЯ ДЛЯ ЖУРНАЛІСТІВ
Департаментом інформаційної політики МЗС України
розпочато акредитацію представників іноземних ЗМІ на висвітлення заходів з
нагоди 25-ої річниці Чорнобильської катастрофи, що проходитимуть у м. Київ.
Представники іноземних ЗМІ, які планують
висвітлювати Чорнобильську донорську конференцію у партнерстві з Групою Восьми
(19 квітня ц.р.), Київський саміт з безпечного та інноваційного використання
атомної енергії (19 квітня ц.р.) або Міжнародну конференцію «Двадцять п'ять
років Чорнобильської катастрофи. Безпека майбутнього» (20-22 квітня ц.р.) мають
заповнити реєстраційну анкету на сайті Міністерства закордонних справ України http://www.mfa.gov.ua/data/upload/announcement/mfa/ua/984/forma.doc.
Заповнені анкети мають бути надіслані на адресу summit25@mfa.gov.ua до 8 квітня 2011р.
Детальна інформація щодо процедури акредитації на заходи
у період з 19 по 22 квітня ц.р. розміщена на сайті МЗС.
Усі заходи відбуватимуться в Українському домі,
Хрещатик, 2.
Водночас інформуємо, що прес-тур до Чорнобильської
зони відчуження і зони безумовного (обов’язкового) відселення 18 квітня ц.р. буде здійснено МНС України
безкоштовно.
Представники іноземних ЗМІ отримають спеціальну акредитаційну картку на період проведення заходів з 19 по
22 квітня ц.р.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR
JOURNALISTS
The events related to the 25th anniversary
of the Chernobyl Accident will take place on 18-22 April in Kyiv (Ukrainian
House).
The Department of
Information Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine opens the
accreditation of representatives of foreign (must be accredited in Ukraine) and Ukrainian
media for the coverage of the events described below.
In order to
receive the accreditation, it is necessary to complete the Registration
Form electronically
and to send it as a separate file attached to an email message to: summit25@mfa.gov.ua. Media
representatives wishing to participate in the visit to the Chernobyl Exclusion
and Mandatory Resettlement Zone must
also send a copy of this message to the Press Service of the Ministry of
Emergency Situations of Ukraine at: press@mns.gov.ua
Please note that only Registration Forms that are completed
electronically are accepted. Registration forms in a scanned version, completed
incorrectly and send by mail are not taken in consideration.
The accreditation will be closed at 17:00 on 8th April
2011.
The requests for registration after this
deadline are not accepted.

Media representatives who are accredited to participate in the events
related to 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl Accident can collect their
accreditation cards personally on 18-20 April 2011 in the Diplomatic Academy of
Ukraine, 2,
No special
accreditation card is required to attend the press tour to the Chernobyl
Exclusion and Mandatory Resettlement Zone.
