VISA Fees for US citizensOnly money orders made out to the Consulate General of Ukraine in New York are accepted. Cash and checks are not accepted.
You are required to bring one money order:
(1) As of September 10, 2011 application fee for 'Transit' (B), 'Shortterm' (C) and 'Longterm' (D) is $140 for the citizens of the US. As for visa types 'D' (for the employment in Ukraine, permanent residence in Ukraine and 'Student' subcategory) visa fee is $794, $404 and $379 respectively*Attention: This charge for every kind of visa is not refundable.
If applying by mail, a self-addressed prepaid envelope is required. For a return service, please provide the Consulate General with USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail envelopes only.
